These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Daren Wac (https://darenwac.com/), including our software products, educational content, and any services we offer. By purchasing, downloading, subscribing to, or otherwise using anything on our site, you’re agreeing to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our products or services.
We’ve written these to be clear rather than intimidating — but they’re still a binding agreement, so give them a proper read.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or use our products and services. By using our site, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the authority to enter into this agreement (whether for yourself or on behalf of a business).

Ownership of the software remains with Daren Wac at all times. Purchasing a license gives you the right to use the product — it does not transfer ownership of the code, design, or underlying system to you.
Your monthly subscription covers ongoing maintenance, security patches, and updates to the software. It’s billed at a lower rate than the initial purchase because it doesn’t include the core product itself — just its upkeep.
If creating an account is required to access your purchase, subscription, or educational content, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately at support@darenwac.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Any courses, guides, or educational materials we provide are for your own personal learning and use. Unless we say otherwise in writing, you may not resell, redistribute, publicly repost, or use our educational content to create a competing course or resource.
Educational content is provided to help you learn — it’s not a guarantee of specific results, income, or business outcomes. Your success depends on your own effort, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
When using our site, software, or services, you agree not to:

All content on our website and within our products — including the software’s code, design, branding, educational materials, graphics, and text — is owned by Daren Wac or our licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to you, beyond the specific license rights described in Section 3.
Our website and products rely on third-party tools, including InflowPay (payments), Google Analytics and Mixpanel (analytics), and Google AdSense (advertising, current or planned). Your use of our site may be subject to those providers’ own terms and policies. We’re not responsible for the practices or performance of third-party services outside our control.
Our software, educational content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully compatible with every WordPress setup, plugin, or hosting environment. We don’t guarantee specific outcomes from using our educational content or future client services.
You use our products and services at your own risk, and you’re responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your website and data before installing or updating any software.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daren Wac and its owner/operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, our software, content, or services, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Daren Wac harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our software, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our software, content, or services at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the software’s licensing system. You may stop using our services at any time by cancelling your subscription and discontinuing use of the software.
Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution will survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This doesn’t override any consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country, which may still apply regardless of this clause.
If a dispute arises that we can’t resolve directly, both parties agree to resolve it through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where you have the right to bring a claim in small claims court or where prohibited by applicable law. We believe this keeps disputes faster, more private, and less costly for both sides than formal litigation.
We may update these Terms from time to time as our products, services, or legal obligations evolve. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our software or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
